This project presents a cross-disciplinary approach of merging architecture / urban studies with anthropology / migration studies, equally in practice and theory, that so far has not been adopted in the research of South-East European migrations.

It presents the approach that attempts to escape ethnic affiliation in the first place as the main factor of identity performance.

It brings Albanian migrant patterns into the broader context of urban margins, neighborhood and urban culture, based on cohabitation, interlinkages and conviviality, where participation, migrant network practice and redesigning urban environment is at the first place.
